Results: Mitchell 7th at Where's Waldo 100k Championships

Hailey's Brad Mitchell, continuing to show great form in the latter part of the season, took a strong 7th at yesterday's Where's Waldo 100k in 10:43:54.

If It's August, It's Time for Big Miles

The second half of the summer ultra season is here, and you don't need to look at the calendar to tell - the lean frames and fat training logs of the local runners are dead give-aways. With the Wasatch 100 and Bear 100 coming up in September and some high-test 100k and 50 mile races in August, folks are getting in some long and hard miles as the daylight hours slowly wane.
